Our LIFE COACHING sessions focus on our client's achieving their personal goals in any of the following areas:  physical, emotional, spiritual, behavioral, relational, social, financial and environmental health.
While clients may have a specific goal, our objective typically addresses their lifestyle more holistically; our clients are encouraged to adopt a positive lifestyle, adjust daily habits and make behavioral changes to support their goals, personal development and overall wellbeing.

INFORMAL COUNSELLING

Informal counselling, unlike the more ‘traditional’ counselling, is unstructured, free-flowing and spontaneous. You are provided with a safe, supportive, fully confidential and neutral space that enables you to talk freely about matters that are troubling or exciting you. In this form of counselling, you and your story will dictate the shape of the session. There is less commitment on your part; it is a meeting in the NOW - and should be approached as a one off session and not necessarily a process; You have no specific problem and there are no desired goals to achieve.

Informal counselling gives you an opening to express and explore your thoughts and feelings - and through doing so, you can achieve more clarity and definition.

Talking things through in a setting where you feel Heard, Safe and supported, often bring about a sense of lightness, clarity of thoughts, less emotionally attached to the issues discussed - and as a result one become more calmer, more relaxed and even joyful.
